應旺哥之邀約, 終於可以到烏來泡野溪及內洞國家森林遊樂區一遊, 第一站首先是到內洞森林遊樂區, 買過門票後, 開始往步道盡頭三層的信賢瀑布 (又名內洞瀑布) 走, 步道全程950公尺, 步道由碎石鋪設, 而環山步道又稱森林浴步道, 舖有石階、碎石或土石面全長約2200公尺. 內洞負離子含量是全台森林遊樂區之冠, 果然名不虛傳, 一早來走, 沿路空氣清新, 滿佈芬多精, 精神為之一爽.

中餐在瀑布旁用過後, 就離開驅車往烏來泡野溪溫泉, 溪旁地下冒出的熱水混合上游流下的冷溪水, 讓大家原本以為溪水會太冷而不敢下水, 看到旺哥/嫂泡得很爽, 也逐漸釋疑, 開始換泳裝大泡特泡起來.
